The ride from Dambulla to Kandy will cost 200Rs in a minivan and will take two hours.
The ride from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya will cost 620Rs for two people and two suitcases in a minivan (there is no space for luggage in those vans, they will always make you pay for one extra seat) and will take two and a half hours.
